A week apart for a long journey between two concerts. First, Lucien Zerra & Mohanad Aljaramani perform works by Khalil Gibran. Texts from ‘The Madman’ are shared in words, sounds and dance steps by choreographer Gabrielle Weisbuch. Then, the following week, it was the turn of the great trumpeter Frank London to present his latest project, ‘Spirit, Stronger Than Blood’, in which he pays tribute to the great musical figures who shaped his artistic and spiritual vision: Charles Mingus, Pharoah Sanders, Clifford Thornton, Alice Coltrane…
