During this encounter, Michèle Tauber will present the first collection of poems by Leah Goldberg (1911-1970), in bilingual Hebrew and French, published by Presses de la Sorbonne Nouvelle. This collection allows the public to appreciate the work of this great Israeli poet, whose writing evokes both nostalgia for her native land and enthusiasm for Israel. Leah Goldberg was also a translator of Western literature into Hebrew.
