From 21 September 2026 to 3 January 2027 at the Rembrandt Museum
The museum is showcasing works by a diverse range of artists in one of its main galleries, from Rembrandt to contemporary artists, all of whom share two characteristics: they have all created works on paper and have experimented without restraint. They have done so by testing different techniques and materials in their quest for innovation. Sometimes this has involved revisiting a theme time and again, yet always with a fresh perspective. Among the artists on display, alongside the museum’s namesake, are Hercules Segers, Geertruydt Roghman, Käthe Kollwitz, Willem den Ouden, Glenn Brown, Guy Vording and many others.
