Karlovac counted around 500 Jews before the war.
Karlovac’s Jewish cemetery has been the target of Fascist vandals, who have painted swastikas and slogans glorifying the Ustashi regime.
It contains around 200 graves. The cemetery is located at Velika Svarca, near the military cemetery.
